I would appreciate any and all help.

I have a:

99 Ram 1500 laramie
ext cab 4 door 8ft bed
5.9 l
automatic

Recent work done:
new ignition coil, plugs, wires, cap n rotor
wheel alignment
tie rod ends, ball joints

Here is my problem. I can accelerate from stop with no problem. However, if I try to accelerate from a stable speed (55 mph for example) the truck shakes and shudders. The shuddering stops if I let off the gas.

Any ideas? Thanks again.

Well first thing I want you to try and do just to rule out this is check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, should read 40+ PSI 43 PSI is what it should be close to. If it's low then you will have shuddering and stuff at higher speeds and I know because that is what normally happens, happened to me and it's not so bad since I can get pumps for 125 bucks! I can tell you where to go if this is the case. So check fuel pressure first.
