I ordered a Pizza from Papa Johns (Dieppe, NB) an hour ago and I have no idea where its at. The restaurant is useless, not giving me any updates despite my numerous emails. I hear there might be an cheese allocation issue with with that restaurant. There a numerous customers on the papajohns forum that have been in QA for over an hour. Some ate saying that shipping is a mess because they're normal driver called in sick.

My order number is 24793155, could you take a look and let me know where its at. I'm almost to the point of going there to get it myself!!!!

Maybe we could make this a sticky thread in case others are wondering where their pizzas are.

God this gave me flash backs to when my radio bricked. The conversation I had with the Chrysler rep on the phone was damn near the first half of this. They knew the radio was built and was shipped. That was all. I asked him how I could order a $3 pen on eBay from literally some guy in the middle of Nebraska and have a tracking number within an hour BUT a billion dollar corporation didn't know where a $3000 radio was for a $40K paperweight called a truck until it showed up at the dealer? He wasn't really sure.

Cook Date: 5/13/2014, Waiting for a delivery driver (all are currently stuck on PEI right now due to a back up on the Trans Canada.

I'd be happy if he just added search by engine type to the inventory page. I can search for leather but not diesels?!
(noted...)

Sadly that's normal as it depends on the system they are looking at. The ordering system and the delivery system don't talk each other (nor do the Pizza Makers and the delivery drivers, they kind of have a feud going on right now due to a "pepperoni incident"). With POTS currently down for maintenance, tracking Pizzas is a little more cumbersome.

Update: Got my pizza! Here's the kicker: The delivery guy was driving a 2014 Max Steel ED CC 4x4 6.4 with Rambox and Air Suspension with 3.92s, the same truck I've been waiting for 3 months!!!!!!!

It's probably cold and spoiled by now. Should have called Dominos.
Getting any brand of pizza would be faster, even if it is a little moldy.
