Trying to get the cam swapped, but problem getting front dampner off, rented tool but was too large of jaws to slide inside and grip the grooves on back. Anybody come up with some back yard ideas to get off? Going to try different tool tonight. These 4th gen are really tight spacing, enclosed on their pulley.

Rented tool # 125-0008 from canadian tire. It worked but still not the right one. It ended up have too short of arms to grab the proper castings on the pulley. It wanted to come loose when it was thighting. I had to use some fender washers to keep the arms tight. It finally came out but ended up damaging the pulley some so had to replace it, approx 90 cad.
