So, day one of the rebirth of my 2000 Ram 2500 led me to swap out the tailights/third tailight with some Anzo LEDs. I also attempted to swap out the headlights with some ANZO projectors. I ran into an issue with the wiring for the Halos and LEDs running lights.

The headlights themselves and the turn signal indicator were plug and play. But, for the Halos and the LED running lights, there are a pair of wires (Black White for the Halos and Black/Blue for the LEDs). The instructions say I should attach the blue to brown and black to black. The only problem is I have no brown wires???

The existing wires for the headlights come in Red/Pink, Purple/White and Purple. The existing for the Turn signal indicator come in Green/Pink, Black, and Black/Yellow.

I am a TOTAL novice at all of this. :4-dontknow: Any recommendations on where I connect the wires for the Halos and the LEDs would be appreciated.

Figured it out

Okay, so I worked this out with some trial and error. For those with a 2d gen and buying the Anzo projectors, here is the answer to the quiz:

Combine the blue and white into one connector. Those will attach (I used a simple splice kit) to the Black/Yellow of the running/turn lamps.

Combine the two black wires into a single connector and splice into the solid black on the running/turn lamps.

With this set up you need the running lamps on for the halos/LEDs to illuminate.
