ok i have 2010 TRX4 5.7l hemi i have a fairly loud squeal that is constant at all speed/rpm heard best at idle obviously. its not belt or tensioner it is a diff sound. dealership has not even figured it out nor did they have a clue. does anyone have same issue or prob?


i have also had problems with belt squeal tensioner and idler both replaced as well as belt usually goes away when engine warms up unless i hit about 3000 rpms then it is heard my guess is water pump?

I'd suspect water pump or alternator pulley if you've already changed tensioner and idler. Have you tried a belt dressing?

hey thank u for the ideas i think dealership finally fig it all out im not impressed a 2010 with bent push rod and worn valves already thinkin i bought a lemon
