I've been looking for replacement HID headlights for a 2008 1500 that also has angel eyes. These are the ones I'm considering.

Has anyone purchased from protuninglab before? Or have any opinions on these particular lights? Also, I really wanted the ones with the smoked lenses (http://www.protuninglab.com/doram1506hal.html) but have been told that the light output would be less than on ones with clear lenses. I understand why it would be less but is it that significant of a difference? I can't seem to find any videos or pictures to show the comparison.

Thanks in advance!

Buy them off Ebay from a company called DTMoto. I bought my Halo projectors for my 06 ram from DTMoto and after 35 days one stopped working and they sent me an entire replacement headlight.... for free. The whole light.

They sell the exact headlights you want but they only cost $140-$160. I have no experience with Pro Tuning Lab but their prices are $100+ More than ebay and elsewhere. Shop around before you buy these lights as many sites including Ebay have them for ALOT cheaper.

Good luck.
