Buying my truck from Spring CJD but would really like some servicing dealer recommendations. Helfman on 10 is the closest to me.
I'd like to hear any positive or negative comments on Houston dealers. FIgure I'd try to benefit from others experiences.

Service Manager is Bill Denton and he runs a tight shop. They've taken care of us for nearly (10) years (Dodge trucks, VW Passat, Mercury mini van).

You might try taking your offer from Spring in and seeing if the Sales dept. can beat it. It never hurts pitting (2) dealerships against each other for your business. Just watched another buddy do it for the new '12 Ram he bought @ Allen Samuels.

Thanks for the info. The shopping stage is over as the truck was ordered last month but it's good to know you are happy with their service.

I bought mine at helfmen off of i 10. They were a very easy dealer to work with. i will never go back to tomball dodge of Allen Samuels Katy. it is not from the service but from the sales man.

i bought mine from spring, honestly they have the best service of any dealer i've ever been to. i would highly recommend them if you dont mind the long drive.

Allen Samuels Katy Dodge has serviced trucks of mine several times and it has mostly been a positive experience, their sales team not so much. Helfman Dodge on I-10 did some small service on my Ram shortly after I bought it and everything was great, good service and the price was fair.
