Specifically the 3 inch front top of strut spacer and the 1.5 inch rear coil spacer.... Realistically how much stress does it put on the linkage? I see people with older trucks and cranked up torsion bars all the time and they never have any issues....

It really helps to know some detail about your truck
If its 2wd it's not a problem
It'll cause vibrations on most 4x4 rams. With second gen/hd trucks there is a high chance of getting actual death wobble. On 06-11 4x4 1500s it puts the cv axles on severe angles that cause vibrations in 4 wheel drive.
The actual spacer arebt dangerous in my oppinion up to 3". Anything over 3" should use a new coil spring. I wouldn't be to crazy about aa spacer over 2.5"
