How do you set the idle on a 1990 318 on my Ram?

I'm having trouble with it stalling at stops, and I'm in a bind and HAVE to drive it tomorrow so I figure, for now, I'll just increase the idle on it so it can't die so I can at least get to where I need to go.

just screw in the screw connected to the springs on the driver side of the carb if ur looking towards ur engine. it will change the idle while ur doing it. u'll see what im talking about when u get in there. sorry i dont have a pic for u
