I have a 2014 1500 that has the entry lights on the bottom of the mirrors that have stopped working at 4500 miles. Anybody else have the same problem or know of a way I may have turned them off?

Though I do not have these lights, but in settings in Uconnect 8.4 there is something that allows you to turn the lights on etc. when you use remote.

The dimmer switch that controls the cab interior lights controls this. If you have it all the way to the left the courtesy lights will not come on.

Also, if you fold your mirrors when you exit the truck they will not light up. They only illuminate when they are un-folded.

Does this only apply to power folding mirrors?
I have towing mirrors and always manually fold the driver side mirror when I park. even folded the light comes on.

No, I have power folding mirrors. Always fold them when exiting and they always light up when approaching.
