Well, after seeing this on my audio forum tonight, the Camaro will never make it out of the barn and my truck is getting all my spare pennies... Ive always wanted a fullsize that will lay frame and after seeing this 09, this is the truck i must do it with, idc if I have to lose 4wd to do it lol

This is my motivation!!! I LOVE IT! i jsut wish it wasnt powder blue lol. I even wanna do the 2500 front end swap, i mean i need a new bumper ayawy right might as well get a hood and grill too??

Questions comments concerns??

To each their own, I personally like when the wheel/tire fits proportionally in the wheel well, but if you like it go for it! So does this mean you are abandoning the camaro?

for now yes. I cant bring it with me to CA because I dont have a way to get it out there (towing a trailer full of furniture with the truck) so imma let it sit in the barn on the lift and wait till i can do it all in one shot. The first few blocks I got for the new engine all had some sort of imperfection that was not worth trying to sort out so I kinda lost interest in it

Up here in the north that undercarriage would be gone in seconds!

But down there man, that is one sexy truck. Thumbs up from me on the go ahead

Just keep the wifey out of the picture and some funds hidden away for your second gf (truck) ha

My gf calls herself #2 and my baby #1.. I don't argue :4-dontknow:

I would love for my truck to be that low. Unfortunately I couldn't even pull into my drive with anything lower that a 2/4 drop on my truck. Once I get that i'll be content. But can dream on of one laying frame.

in a warmer climate, I'd bag mine in a heartbeat too.

I photoshop dropped my 10' 4x4 Sport shortly after bring her home...

I had to settle for a Ground Force 2/3 drop due to this crap 6 months out of the year...

you'd definitely need to lose the 4x4 drivetrain, cut a big hole in the bed, c-channel the frame over the rear axle...etc to lay frame like that it takes a bit of work, i have a bunch of buddies who have trucks that lay frame (couple even tuck the wheels up off the ground after laying the frame down and you can spin the wheels lol). but up here in Ontario they only have theirs out like.. 6 months a year.

MGH's 4G is pretty close to the drop limit without giving up your stock bed or 4WD.

Twin Turbo, custom drop with drop spindles and springs, C-notched rear, Jeep AWD transfercase...

almost as low as my chop...
