Could you post the brand and model of the Android HU? This may help. And I'll start looking.

EDIT: Ok, well, I did a reverse image search and found that the HU is an Eonon GA2114. Here is a diagram that tell what each wire in the back does.

Easiest way to install this is to get one of these:

PAC RP4-CH11 Wiring Interface

The speakers do have an output in RCAs, but they are also in that black box. It is called the ISO Port. You may have to carefully cut the black box off and solder these wires to a new harness. I'm not sure how the stock Reverse camera gets hooked up, but the Wiring Interface may take care of that.

Thank you nemocamaro.

I know the wiring on my HU but I don't know how it matches with the wiring on the truck itself. I was also wondering whether there was a way to avoid buying the PAC or if simply splicing the wires together into the new harness that comes with the stereo would make me lose any functionality.

The PAC instructions for programming the steering wheel controls don't include this brand anyway.

Any ideas on that?

The harness on the back of the HU would splice with the harness I mentioned. I see what you are saying about the instructions not including that brand. If this would be a route that you were thinking about taking, I would call PAC and talk to them about your HU. They may have an idea.

As for splicing into your stock harness without buying the PAC, you would automatically lose Retained Power to Accessories. You may also lose audible blind spot detection, (not sure if this feature was on your Ram, or any Ram for that matter.) Though it is possible to get your head unit power and send sound to the speakers that way, nowadays it's not recommended.

I'll see if I can find a stock harness pin-out for your radio.

Your truck has a stock reverse camera, correct? And if so, you are looking to re-use this on your new radio, right?
