Insurance has more to do with your driving record and the area you live in so what I pay may not be close to what you pay. I have an ecodiesel 1500 Classic and where I live I pay around $900 to a $1,000 dollars a year, but my wife's Honda Civic is just about the same price within a few dollars and we both have clean driving records.
I have a 2016 Ram 1500, i don't know what regular insurance cost, i use mine for business & pleasure, so i have to have Commercial Insurance
I carry Full coverage Commercial Auto Insurance, covered for $ 750,000 with $2500 deductible, $ 4,432 a year
Then i have Commercial Liability, it is also for $ 750,000 with $ 500 deductible, $ 1,450 a year
I don't remember what normal insurance would cost, but it is still high in California
Too many variables to consider. You need to get your own quote from a few different insurance companies.
That's for sure! When I took my driver's test, I asked my friends about their insurance companies and how much they charge. Then, when I got my license and bought a car, I went to the insurance company and found that they had different rates for beginners. Two years later, the numbers were completely different. It's really not that big of a deal to find good insurance. I personally only had to read a few reviews on https://joywallet.com/review-of-progressive/ to find the right one for me. The simple fact is that insurance is given according to many factors.
I pay $145 a month if that helps 2021 1500 classic 5.7 4x4
I pay less for my 2012 2500 4wd then I did for my 09 cummins 2wd. Go figure. I think they use a spinning wheel and wherever it lands.
I pay full coverage $560 per year for my 2010 Laramie 5.7 4X4.

It totally depends on which model do you own and your past record, insurance companies charge differently according to the driver's past record. One of the important factors is where do you live as well, you can select the best insurance company by reading online reviews.

It's difficult to give an accurate estimate for the cost of insurance for a specific make and model of vehicle, as the cost can vary widely depending on a number of factors such as the driver's age and driving history, the location where the vehicle will be driven, and the coverage limits and deductible chosen. The best way to get an accurate estimate for the cost of insurance is to shop around and compare quotes from multiple companies to find the best coverage at the most affordable price.
Hello there! I own a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Cummins diesel. I have to say it's been a great vehicle and the fuel efficiency with the diesel engine is a nice plus!
As for insurance, it really depends on a lot of factors including your location, driving record, and even credit score. I live in Georgia, have a clean driving record, and an excellent credit score. I'm with State Farm and I pay around $1,150 annually for full coverage.

I am 34, $1,000 deductible, clean record, great credit

Older models seems to be even cheaper to insure
