Does anyone know what the J3 slot in the fuse box is intended for? There isn't a fuse in the slot on my truck, and it is labeled, "30A, RR Door Mod, Diesel PCM/T-Tow." I would like to use the terminal for a switched power source for my next project (train horns), and if I won't need it in the future I'm planning on tapping into it. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's pretty much as labeled for optional equipment. Right rear door module, Diesel Powertrain Control Module, or a trailer tow power feed probably for charging a trailer brake battery.
