I just installed the BAKflip Fibermax Tonneau Cover on my 2014 Ram 2500 8 ft bed. Very nice fit and looks great! It took my about 1 hour to do it by myself. Instructions that come with are very generic but they have a lot of videos showing installations which made it very easy. While the install manual says you need shims, you DO NOT. I bought this from http://tonneaucoversworld.com/ as the TCW FX3 Hard Folding Cover which is the same as the BAKflip Fibermax. They sell it under their brand and it saves you $90, but it comes shipped from BAK Industries as the BAKflip Fibermax.

The best install vudeo on BAK Industires site is for a Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra but the guy is very detailed in his instructions:

Nice deal to know, thanks for sharing. Been looking at tonneaus a while here. I didn't think to put together the descriptions being IDENTICAL to being the same covers. I'm beginning to wonder how many different companies are out there, at least 5 webpages seem to be copies of each other but with different prices.
