I just installed a Volant CAI on my 2012 Ram and took it for a 10 min drive and I couldn't tell any difference at all. I may just be being paranoid but it feels like I lost some low end torque. This is my first CAI to ever instal on a vehicle. Will it get better with time after the computer learns it or is this what I paid $300 for?

It will get better, give it some time. An exhaust and tuner/when available will help support it also,

It's all good. Im not going to say you can feel a difference in the power and it's to soon to tell if it helped my mileage but it looks and sound great. I'm sure once they come out with the programmer everything will start working together. I don't regret the purchase. $296 on eBay shipped.

Yeah but it's Mainly only during wot. Not a whistle sound.
