I'll see if I can shed a bit of light on this.
The Over Head Mini trip computer has been relocated to the dash. If you have the EVIC, you have it all.

Front License Plate Bracket.. LOL...:hah:....Like this ever existed! Having said that, I can ONLY speak on the 'Sport' model. I have a great parts department here, and with their assistance, we check back to the beginning of the 4th gen Rams, and there is NO factory front license plate 'bracket' for the Sport bumper.
Missing lights -
I have offered the following suggestion to a few Ram owners, and they got theirs dealt with easily.
First, no one, dealership of manufacturer wants to hear about things missed during production, so the trick is to deal with this as a component failure

Go to the service department and explain that the other night you wanted to check the engine oil before taking a highway drive. When you opened the hood, the light didn't work. Then going to the glove box to get a flashlight, you noticed the glove box light was also not working and you would like to get both of them fixed.
When the dealer proceeds to 'repair' these and discovers that these items are actually not there, that's when you 'dig out' the window sticker that clearly shows the items listed.
After all, you only just noticed them not working, as this was the first time you opened the hood or glove box at night.
When this is handled casually as a warranty 'repair', it is then documented in the system as you requesting a repair for a failed item. That documentation goes a long way to getting it resolved quickly.
Also, be careful with the build sheet. There are many items on it that can be misleading and if you react to quick and try to make an issue, it can lead to hard feelings and alienation between you and the dealer you 'need' when the time comes. I have often taken this info to the service and parts departments to ask them if they know what a certain item is, then do further research with their answer. 9 out of 10 times, I discovered that MY lack of knowledge/understanding of the built sheet codes had me chomping at the bit for no reason at all.
