Well, I bought this truck out of despiration last fall, I did a spark plug change and they were shot, new plugs woke the truck up, better MPG but I still need to change the wires at a later date ( too expensive right now)
I checked the K&N air filter and it had some severe wear on the underside, the filter material is gone. So I contacted K&N and was honest with them, being the truck only has 208K on the clock and the filter has a million mile waranty, K&N said they would replace it for me..woot !!!
So I should be getting a new one in a week or less.

I have to say K&N are great with their customer service and highly recommend them.

Good lord it's like the previous owner ran into a swamp bog and never ever cleaned the filter!

No idea what he did, but it wasnt a good thing...lol
Im just glad I didnt have to fork out $100 to replace it otherwise I would have went a cheaper route.
