Ok i have 09 4x4 lifted 6", I am going to order either kmc monster or addicts
the addict offset is as follows, -12 +18 in 20x9

Monster 20x9 +18 or + 35
Monster 20x10 is only -12
addict 20x9 -12 or +18

I am wanting flush to a lil sticking out, so in each wheel what offset do I choose??

20x9 -12 for Addict
20x10 -12 for the Monster
and I don't think that the 20x9 Monster will clear with either of those offsets and the lift without spacers.

The Addict will stick out a little bit, and IMO will look good.
The monster will stick out 1/2 and inch further, which IMO will still look good...
If you really like the Monsters and don't want them to stick out that much, you could go with the 20x9 +18 and add a spacer (then you can get them to sit exactly where you want).

I am at 20x9 - 12 and I really like how the wheels sit. They stick out a little bit to give the truck a wider stance, but not too far. Oh and I am running 35x12.5x20 toyos.

I have the stock 20x9 +18 with a 1" spacer that puts them at about -12 mm offset.
