Just curious on if I can take some of these out and clean them up without transmission fluid leaking all over the place. This is the right side (when facing front of truck).

I would shoot it with some brake cleaner ,then restart ,put in neutral then look to find where the leak is actually coming from, plus you won’t get all that dirt in your fittings .

Yeah that was the plan. But this is a very, very slow leak. Any idea on what the connections are?

They are the colling lines that go to the radiator, Front one looks to be leaking. Might want to try tightening it and see if it solves the issue.
