Fat bobs 2" spacer up front. Have a 1.5" zone body lift still need to get on. Making room for 35s...when the wifey allows it. :)
Did you install the lift kits yourself.

I installed the level with a buddy of mine. There's a DIY garage here in the area. Just pay a cheap hourly rate and you have free range of everything. (Tools, lifts, everything) They had a mechanic on site that checked everything when we were done. It was a pain in the wazoo until we figured out a short cut on the other side. I haven't put the body lift on yet. Still have to find time to do that.

My 2009 2WD 1500 Laramie

Here is mine with just a Daystar 1.5" level sitting on 20x9 ProComp 0 offset wheels and 275/65/20 BFG KO2's. It's not sitting on level ground so it looks a bit ass high but sits relatively level on the flats. Maxtrac 4.5" front and 3" rear is next on the list.

I debated forever on the black vs. chrome rims. A 50% off sale made my mind up for me. I like it.

So reading thru all the 2wd levels/lifts, I cannot find where the ball joints are an issue on the 2wd. I want a subtle level on my 2015, about the front 2" and the rear 1".

Whats the best kit for this? And do I need to worry about balljoints with this type of level?

Level

Came across a great deal for some Trail Grapplers..

Should I have an issue with a 2" leveling kit and the 35" Trail grapplers on my stock rims? I heard I might need to throw on some 1/4" spacers.

I have a 4x2 2015 Sport..

THANKS

No one has posted photos recently so her are some my 2012 2wd Express new 1.5" level (actually raised the front 2") with 33" Cooper STT Pros on 20" Fuel Beast. This is something I've been wanting to do since I bought the true new but I waited for when it was time to replace the tires. I'm very happy with everything. It changed the attitude and it's a whole new truck now! Next up is nerf bars, tool box and possibly OEM gender flares (if anyone knows of a good deal on a set, please PM me!). Only other mods are the typical Flowmaster muffler and a K&N cai. More engine mods will come later...way later.

The photos were taken at the shop, at dusk. I'll take better photos this weekend and update after putting a few miles on the tires and hopefully finding a fun place to trespass and get her dirty!

My truck was lowered and I got tired of the ride, so I went the opposite way. I had previously cut my stock springs so a buddy gave me some crew cab front springs. Turns out it actually leveled the truck! After that I traded the factory 20's for some OEM 17's with some brand new BFG KO2's. I would have preferred a little bigger tire but I couldn't turn down the new BFG's!

After leveling & new tires (KO 2's 275-60-20) and swapping Lone Star Wheels with my husbands Laramie wheels, I (of course :) still wasn't happy with look (too much, "bling") so returned KO 2's and got Grappler A/T G2's 295-60-20 but (of course : ) STILL wasn't happy so ordered 20x10 Fuel Lethal (had to go with only a -12 / 5.0 backspacing) wheels yesterday. Not sure if its going to look "Maximum Steel-ish" enuf...lol

Here's hoping this does the trick cuz the next thing would be a 6 inch 2wd suspension lift (Got estimate $2700+ INSTALLED - would remove level of course) but then would need NEW tires!! IF I "go there" hubby will kill me!!!...Fingers crossed!

Very nice looking truck, Carol. I'm sure your husband will go for and agree with whatever you want. After all, happy wife... happy life.

Whats the easiest way to level a 2012 Ram 2500 heavy duty 2wd

I need some good professional advice on how to raise or level my 2012 Ram 2500 2wd heavy duty Mega Cab. I tried to level it today with a 2inch level kit from Freedom Suspension from ebay. But it did not work out for me. Ride was so rough that truck was driveable but only at 20mph because shocks were fully extended and no bounce at all. Truck was all over the road. And control arms were touching metal with the in house spring cage. So i went back to regular way . who can i call to get the exact info on what i need and how to level my front end of my truck. Hope someone can give me some help. Thnx

06 2500 Mega

What a great thread! Been wanting to do this to mine for a while.
Have I totally missed any 3rd gen 2wd that have been leveled? I can't find them on here anywhere.
Can someone please steer me in the right direction as to the best way to level one of these?
I am assuming spindles for the front?
Thanks in advance

great sticky, been trying to find information on leveling my 2wd 2012 1500 laramie. was thinking 2"-2.5" level in front and whatever i would need in back (these are the types of questions i have no clue about because I haven't really been around this type of community for very long) i really want to get rid of the rake mine has, pictures haven't been able to do it justice in showing the extremity of it, but man i hate it. ill add some links of what i have been looking at. comments, opinions, and a push in a certain direction would be greatly appreciated!!

I know the thread is a little older, but would be nice to revive it/keep it going. Not too much 2wd info out there so this is great.
