Leveling front

I have a 05 Ram 1500 2x2 and want to raise the front end. With a 2" raise, will I loose any ride quality or have to purchase higher shocks ? Also, an alignment is needed after install right ?

I have a 2.5 inch level on the front of my pickup. Did not notice any lose of ride quality. You shouldn't need to buy new shocks unless the ones you have right now need replacing. I would suggest getting an alignment done after you install just to be on the safe side. Post some before and after pics so we can see the difference.
