Mine is a 2 wheel drive, but I've been going through the same trouble trying to decide what exactly what I want to do. What I want to do is a 4" spindle with a 1" lift spring in front with a 3" lift block in the rear. You can fit 35s with only a coil spacer, but you run the risk of upper ball joint issues by putting the upper a-arm at too steep of an angle. Typically a 3" lift spindle is not tall enough to correct the upper ball joint geometry, but the 4" spindles do. I want a little extra tire clearance, so I'm going a little taller, and I do quite a bit of towing, so I still want a little bit of a rake to the stance. You could do a 4" spindle with a 1" lift block in the rear, you would have plenty of tire clearance and a level stance. The spindles don't require longer shocks, but any coil spacer, taller coil, or lift block, will require longer shocks. If you go up 2", you need a 2" longer traveling shock. Just my opinion as to what I am going to be doing, everyone has different tastes though.

I think you can get the Bilstein 5100 adjustable coilovers and be just fine.

I have a 2" truexxx leveling kit on mine (coil over spacer), factory shocks. Been on over 2 years, no wear and tear on front end (2008 2 WD). Running 35" procomp Extreme AT. Put on a 3" body lift this summer (for looks) no issues with tire rub. Do get a little vibration when going over rough rail road tracks, other than that no issues.

Coil spacers and bilstien adjustables are out for your 05 because you have torsion bars
You can install torsion keys or crank the adjusters, either option achieves lift by increasing tension in the torsion bars. Keys allow you to kept stock adjustability but cranking up the torsion adjusters is free
I wouldnt go much more then 2-2.5" or your ride will really suffer. It's gonna VE a tight squeeze

I just put the Ready-lift on my truck 2.5" in front and 1.5" in the rear so I can put the 35's on in the spring. I have a slight vibration in four wheel between 20 - 40 km/hr but hope the front end alignment on Thursday will take care of that.
