Looking at 2002 to purchase

I checkout out a 2002 quad cab 1500 SLT 4wd 5.9L with 159,000 miles, its in very nice condition. The asking price is 5999.00 seems low from what i researched. I took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong in a 20 mile drive. I am new to Dodge, Is there anything i should be leary about
