Purchased my RAM 1500 a couple of months ago and window sticker says it has a 32 gallon gas tank. I've filled up about 4 times and each time I waited until the low fuel warning message displayed. But when I fill up, I have never had to put in more than 26 gallons. Are there really 6 gallons still in the tank when the low fuel warning comes on?

We are generally nice when mildly intoxicated. Sometimes too nice! If you seen the grief I got for so called "complaining" about the issue on my new truck you would see why I had to post that.
I might be born and raised in Wisconsin, but I refuse to identify myself as a cheesehead. I was also born and raised in the cheese state being lactose intolerant, you'd be cranky too! LOL!

I made a thread on this a while ago. I took it into the dealer and the software said normal, they sent it into the FCA techs for review. At that time I could almost bet they didn't re calibrate the computer for the 32 gallon tanks from the factory. Some people had the same issue, others called me crazy and said I complain too much. Well to all the haters I'd like to take a moment and say HA! I told you so! Now I wait for the software update.............
