I have a 99 ram 1500 that I've recently had the transmission swapped from auto to man. After the swap it ran perfect for about a week then started idling low when I depressed the clutch to down shift and coast to a stop, the rpms would drop below 500 and the engine would cut off. Now it does on upon start up and while driving in hot and cold weather intermittently for both. It does have an exhaust leak not sure how big, but i get a headache while driving so probably a good one. Still has software for an auto trans in the PCM, not sure if that's an issue or not. I've pretty much exhausted my resources as far as calling dodge which the guy I talked to said they wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole and then going around to local auto shops that couldn't figure it out and just assume it's the PCM causing it and they can't do anything about. It does have codes popping up but they're for the auto trans. Does anyone here have any possible solutions/ suggestions?
