I have a stock suspension on my 08 1500 and I'm running 285/70R17 BFG A/T TKO with no worries pulling my camper or light off roading (Hunting).

i would like to know this too, as i want to run the same size since i just leveled out my 06 and my upper control looks awfully close to the stock 265 70 17 that are on there, i got like a .25 of an inch.

LT285/70/17 fit well, put Nitto dura grapplers on, got good price thru walmart of all places, Had to install self @ work, but no balancer there, so I must make few calls to get done. The OE goodyear tires wouldnt cut it for towing, worried about those. Rides much better with 2.5 inch level kit and looks better. The rake it had before was horrible.
