i did some work for my girlfriends dad and got my '92 Ram D150. theres a certain spot in the throttle that it misses and backfires. when you barely push the gas and drive like a grandma or when you mash the gas, it runs great. but about mid-throttle/average take off, it gives me fits. ive been told its the throttle position sensor and MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor. any other ideas?
P.S. i already ran a whole bottle of injector cleaner through the system

That's where I'd start. Also I've read a lot of our members are using SeaFoam to clean the engine systems, a bottle on the fuel tank and a bottle through the intake via a vacuum hose.
