fuel tank help

Hey sl1mm80, I have the exact same prob with my 08 hemi. It's been into the dealer twice. The first time they said it was a simple block in the fuel line and that the problem was fixed. The second time I took it in they said that the real problem was that the vent control valve was bad and needed to be replaced. However they can't order just the valve, so the only fix is a new gas tank for $400+. I figured out that if you put the last gallon or two into the tank slowly the gas will not over flow. Hope this helps.

I had this happen on my 2010 Ram with less than 1,000 miles on it. It was the vent tube on the gas tank, Chrysler had the Dealer replace the tank. No problems since.
