I got a 01 1500 dodge ram 2wd that im looking to put in a rear end defferntial from a 03. Would it fit with any modifacatins? I wondering if anybody has done it or knows about it. Thanks for any feed back

Kind of a loaded questions, lots of variables there. Would need to know what you have for a current diff (gear ratio, limited slip) then what type of diff your dropping in out of the 03.

if it's the same body style it should fit. find an 03 and take a look at the rear end to compair it to yours. why the swap anyway?
