I recently got my dads 1994 Cummins Turbo Diesel. It seems to be losing psi before it gets to the turbo. My dad checked it out and he said there is a leak by the line that connects to the turbo. They wanted him to get a new fuel pump. Of course that's not it. Is there anyway to fix it without paying both arms and my legs? Any help is really appreciated.

Well what line? There's oil, intercooler. But if its down power and making a funny whistle. I would go intercooler boots. It's loosing boost pressure.
