need tire help

i currently have 275 60 r20s on my 2012 ram 1500. i want to drop to 18 inch rims because no one here but the dealer carries my tire and i hate the factor tires. i want to keep the same height in tires but dont know what size in 18 will be the same size as the 20s im running now.

I swapped out my 20" wheels and went with 17" wheels with 285/70/17 tires and got the same tire higth.
