need tire help

i currently have 275 60 r20s on my 2012 ram 1500. i want to drop to 18 inch rims because no one here but the dealer carries my tire and i hate the factor tires. i want to keep the same height in tires but dont know what size in 18 will be the same size as the 20s im running now.

I have they want almost $3,000 for 4 tires. I'm stationed on Guam and the dealer is the only place that carries tires for my truck

I just tried tirerack.com and if the 285/70/R17 is the same as 275/60/R20 than im only looking at 1800 with shipping for tires and rims. thanks guys. but if thats not the right size can someone let me know.
