I just replaced rear pads on my 1500 4x4. No squeeking while driving or braking. They feel great. But when I stopped in my driveway and then went to pull forward, they grabbed a bit before releasing. This is repeating almost every time with a small rubbing sound. Once it releases, it feels fine. Any ideas on what could have caused the issue would be welcome.

Are you sure it is the disc pads and not the parking brake that is sticking?

Could this be the "Parking Brake Assist" option in the Uconnect? Not knowing what you're driveway is like but mine is on a small hill and when I transition from P-> D or P->R it holds the truck still until I give it a little gas. The grade on my driveway is maybe 5-10 degrees. I'd check that setting and turn it off then give it another try.
