some people have gone to a powder coating shop
they media blast the bumper then coat it with any color that you want

others have had theirs Line-X bedliner, they can color match pretty good

scuffing the bumper & using a good bonding agent on it, then painting it, is another option

or you can just buy some iron bull bumpers like i did
