Very interesting piece. Is that custom or can you buy it somewhere? Looking forward to seeing it installed.

I'm sorry how rude of me

The lights are still aimed too low, basically hitting same area as fogs. Grill has to come off to aim them. Gotta say they are the brightest lights on the road. I am convinced my headlights (PIAA) are burnt out- they have no effect anymore. Despite being aimed at the ground 10 feet out they still reflect off signs a thousand feet down the road. Totally Nuts.
I'll post some pics of the coverage when get them aimed.

I was a little uncertain from just seeing the grille but on the truck it looks amazing. I was concerned that it might look overly aftermarket or out of place but it does not at all. And the brightness.....wow! That looks like it would put HID to shame.

Absolute congrats on an awesome mod.....rep incoming.

As awesome as the lights look they can't be legal for on road use?
Not...but I knew that. They are only going to be used on deserted highways in Northern Ontario. Here's a snippet fron HTA

Strength of front lamps
(9) No motor vehicle shall carry on the front thereof more than four lighted lamps that project a beam having an intensity of over 300 candela. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 62 (9).

Not sure what 17,748 lumens equates to, but it must be over that.

yes it was a tough sell, but when you consider the light bars go for around 6 bills each you can understand the cost. Are they bright? You tell me:

the first pic is PIAA highbeams, and the second is Vision X bars. Still want to aim them a bit higher. Did I mention 50,000 hour bulb life? That's 17 years of use, 8 hours a night.

I hope it at least comes with a good warranty. Also, I certainly hope you never need it but I wonder what your insurance company would say if you ever had to claim it, lol?

On another note...do you run the light bars in traffic? Even properly aimed I would think the sheer brightness at the source would blind people.
