I JUST ordered a longhorn last week, They would not let me get different rubber. I did not feel like pushing them too hard though, they already took off a little over 10K off the price for me.
If the Factory won't let you order the tires that you want
the dealer will, they carry
Bridgestone, Firestone, Goodyear, Uniroyal, BF Goodrich, General and Michelin
My dealer swapped out the factory 20s for new BFG Rugged terrains and didn't cost me a penny. They also thru in about another $1500 in add ons just to make the deal. Leveling kit plus rear lift, bed mat, bed rails, trailer tow module, and chrome bug guard all at no additional cost. Its all about how bad the dealer wants to make the sale and how much you can convince them your a loyal customer.
