New to front lifting.. Need some help

1486 6
I saw a user on here that had a 5 inch lift in the front and nothing in the back on a 2wd like mine. How did he piece together a 5" in the front? What are my options other than a level?
In other words what I'm saying is, I want a 5"-6" lift in the front so I can do a 3" lift in the back and keep the truck level. If I buy a leveling kit, then lift the back the same amount, I'm back to where I started with the stock rake...
So what are my options?? My truck is a 2005 Quad Cab 2wd 1500.

I think the 5" lift you are talking about is from PErformance Accessories. It is a leveling kit up front and then a 3" body lift (front and back). This is the 5" kits I know with leveling kits up front.

The guy was only lifted in the front... He was stock in the back. I found the lift I'm gonna buy, http://www.roughcountry.com/dodge_2wd_02-05_3.html
So if I install this lift, I will be 3 inches higher in the front and 1.5 inches higher in the back. I really want to install an extra leaf spring for another inch but I wanna stay level. What else could I do to the front? Coil Spacers? Once I do coil spacers, then what?

1" coil preload spacers and then body lift.
