Hello everyone, I have really been enjoying this forum for the last week since I bought my 2012 Ram Sport. The truck is awesome, but the nav system is giving me some grief.
I have the 730N RHR model, when I try and enter a destination from my address book, it tells me there is no address associated to
that name.
It has all my contacts and phone numbers, but no addresses! Anyone else have this problem? I've been all over the internet and with no luck.

Sorry can't help with the 730N as I have the 430N in mine. Someone should be along shortly that can shed some light on the issue for you.

Take alook at this site as they have plenty of info for you. ALso check and see if you have the latest updates. My wife has this same radio in her Grand Cherokee, never tried using the address from her iPhone so not sure on that. Take a look around though.

Thanks for the info Gary. I've been to the mygig site already and there is a couple of posts about this issue, but no remedies.
I didn't see anything on the Jeep Garage forum, but will keep looking.
I find it hard to believe that more people aren't having this problem or are they not navigating from their address book?

Could be but I don't nav from my address book. I just punch it in after I find the addy online. Guess I would have to try doing that with Siri now and see how she does with it but it is the wifes vehicle so when I get a chance to barrow it for a day will look into it.
