Newb 2012 RAM A/T tire question

I am looking for the biggest widest A/T tire that I can fit on a 2012 RAM Sport leveled with Bilstiens and NO spacers.
I do 98% highway so want a good tire for that. Was thinking a Nitto Terra LT275/65R20 or LT295/60R20 are these options? Are these "E" rated tires going to ride like a school bus? What else should I consider?
If anyone has pictures that would help out so much. If I had to do a spacer i would not want to go any bigger then 1/4". Not a real big fan of the 305/55's but they are not out of the question yet.
