I have the 8.4AN in my truck and have no sound from the speakers with the radio. I can get sound through the speakers with the navigation but no sounds through the speakers with the radio on.
Any ideas?

I have disconnected the battery cables on both the +/- sides.
I have also reset the radio by holding the volume and enter button for a few seconds.

That happened to me too. I held the volume and selection knobs on both sides of the radio the same time for a few seconds and it reset

I don't have any knowledge of the 2013/14 radios as far as settings

I would have to believe that in the MENU, that there would have to be volume setting for both the radio volume, Navigation/ phone bluetooth volumes

my older 2009 - 2012 radio has all those settings in the Menu
