Does anyone hear this on their 5.7 2010 quad cab? I've been hearing this sound for a decade or longer. I can hear this more prominently when driving alongside a brick wall or solid fence which I assume echos back to the vehicle on the passenger side. I've got 150k miles and have changed all fluids.
