they don't need to hook up their computer to do that

regular warranties are usually only good for 3 years or 36 months
some newer ones have a 5 year or 100,000 mile warranty

i don't know what your warranty covers, when the warranty is at its life term, it should not matter if you modded it or not

It has an extended warranty. Worried about them thinking they need to flash the computer. Don`t want loose my DS tune.

I always return mine to stock before I go to the dealer. They may check your PCM to verify software versions or possibly to flash an update that is available.

just set it back to normal. Its very easy for a reason, take advantage of it.

For the reasons stated my MADDOG, return to factory.

NOTE - After you have returned it to factory, IF they hook up for any reason, they may ask you if you have a tuner. :str: THEY CAN'T TELL, and don't let anyone convince you otherwise. What they can tell, is that the PCM has been flashed, and the most logical reason would be if you had a tuner.

What should I do???

Easy! After installing the factory tune and verifying it's OK (take for short drive), disconnect the battery cable to perform a full reset. The cute little code that indicates the PCM has been flashed is gone.
