I installed one on a Dakota R/T several years ago when I put a cam in it . Makes getting to the distributor much easier . Make sure you get the installation kit also . Has all the spacers , bolts etc... to install the stock fuel rails .

I believe the part # you want is 5007398 for the 2bbl version. They have a 4 bbl version also, but with your mods I think the 2bbl is the way to go. If you plan on running higher rpm's later with your combo, then by all means go with the 4bbl version. I have a dyno graph comparison between the 2bbl/4bbl and the Airgap somewhere. I personally have run both the 2bbl and 4bbl and I'd chosse the 2bbl over the 4 everytime.

here'squie a difference between the cheap carb ones and the FI ones ... the one you want sells for like $600.00...
No way would I pay that. If you're patient you can find them as cheap as $300 for the 2bbl. The 4bbl's have gone for as cheap as $250, but you gotta keep your eyes open for them.

?? Are we talking about same thing? I'm talking about the intake manifold? for the fuel injected magnums... there is however lots of cheap old school M1 manifolds for carburetor setups that sell for anywhere from $120 to $300... the one designed for fuel injection and that has fuel injection holes (which is the only one you want if your actually looking for performance improvement ) goes for between $600 and $700 bucks (new) and takes any throttlebody designed for our MPI magnum engines...I'm not saying it never happens but you might be waiting a long time to find one half price of the street price new...
here is one for carb setup notice no holes for the fuel injectors?

here's the one for fuel injection.

The part number I listed is the one he is looking for and is for a fuel injected engine. Why would he want one with a carb setup???

Yes, you can find USED M1 2bbl and 4bbl intakes for the prices I listed at times. If I looked right now, I bet I could find one within a week or two. Sometimes places like Mancini Racing sells some cheap to move inventory.

I said that because many people see 200 300 price you quotes and look based on that ...I dont doubt your right about seeing them cheaper..I've been watching ebay for a couple weeks now and 579 is the cheapest I've seen... apparently list price is close to $700 so Again just trying to keep things clear for those still learning...

Oh, I totally understand. I think it's worth it to be patient. Here is one that sold for $350 shipped (USED)

For what it's worth I bought a 4bbl version brand new never installed for $218 shipped back in December. If you are in no hurry Christmas time is a great time to be a buyer. I also got a 2bbl adapter given to me by a guy on one of the forums I frequent. He is running a 4bbl throttle body and didn't need it. The money I saved by being patient is paying for it to be powder coated. And yes I an planning a serious build in the next 12-18 months so the 4bbl intake isn't a problem. Also you can save your money on the install kit if you want. I can get you a list of everything that is included. The spacers are 1.98 inches long and you can buy aluminum tube at Home depot for cheap. If you buy the stuff your self it will cost well under $30 rather then paying $70+ for the "kit".
