As the code description implies the P0430 code means that the vehicle's control module has detected that the three-way catalytic converter is not working properly (is not as efficient as the factory is expecting).

Your Catalytic converter could be plugged. What year truck and how many miles on it.

 

2004 with 254000 mles it's slot but still a good truck I've changed plugs coils o2 sens I greatly appreciate your help thanks ( I'm dreading this)

 

A quick check to see whether it is a plugged cat is to remove the pre-cat O2 sensors and tie them off out of the way. It will be a little noisy but it will stop some of the back pressure caused by a plugged cat. This should help identify whether you have a plugged cat if it runs better.

 

Have you checked the exhaust with your hand to see how much is coming out?
