i have a 01 dodge 1500 5.9l off road package. i have a code saying p0743. i have a rebuilt transmission just done the other day. brand new everything they said. what would cause this? is my truck in limp mode? around 55mph its around 2500rpms. i dont know what to do anymore. should i reprogram my computer? could it be my crankshaft position sensor? a fuse?

Howdy and welcome to the Ram ForumZ. Take it back to where you got the transmission done and ask them to fix it.

they said its brand new tcc i just went and look at my connectors and my transmission solenoid case connector one of the wires is ripped out. could that cause it? im trying to find a replacement but cant find anything

If the wire looks like it was "ripped' out and not just missing, then yeah, I'd say that could cause it. The folks that put it in still need to fix it.
