I called around for prices when I was looking to get my rollpan painted and because of the color it was actually cheaper to have the dealership paint it ($200) I just ordered the street scene gen 1 for my truck and will be dropping it off at the dealer when I get it, although I haven't got an estimate from them yet. Good Luck.

I am not sure about the cost to paint the bumper but the handles and mirrors can run a couple hundred as well. The thing about the handles and mirrors is that they are textured so painting them is difficult. You will want to bring them to a really good paint shop to get them done correctly. The paint can chip away pretty easily on them so care should be taken with them.

I've been wondering about this as well. Do you mean to have painted bumpers repainted or to have chrome bumpers painted? I've been wondering if you can even get chrome ones done myself. I'll be watching this thread for some answers!

looks good, i dont think you can powder coat handlles though. they are plastic no?
as far as i know you can only powder coat metals becuase you have to negitivly charge the piece you are trying to coat and with the handles being plasic and non conductive this could be quite difficult.
correct me if i am wrong of coarse:smileup:

Yup both.

Powdercoating is much more durable but with proper sanding/self-etching primer and the proper prepping paint will stick to chrome. It just won't last as long as powdercoating because of the bonding process.

I looked into powdercoating mine and it was going to be just over $300 each to match the patriot blue. It was additional to have the chrome blasted.
