Ok I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 has the 5.9L ...it throwing a code 42 thats auto shut down relay circuit an now I have no fire no fuel pump nothing so would this code mean my PCM is shoot if not I need a push to head the right way on this issue thank u

Ok I have called around an was told that it's prob a broken wire running rom asd to PCM so now I have to track wires to see if I find a bad one

Ok found out that the asd relay was stuck open tripped it back closed so got fire ....then fuel pump was stuck solved that issue then test drove it felt real sluggish then found out that fuel injector was plugged on cylinder 5,7 unplugged them cleaned out fuel rail then had all the power back
