performance for my v8 mag

So im a bike guy never had a truck till now I like going fast so what can I do for cali legal and keep fi (and cheap) and without busting into the motor (to much)
I know cool air intake but other then that I have no idea

Better cam, intake manifold, and exhaust. In your case, I'd get the stock intake manifold modded. Do a search for "kegger mod".
