I got some Hids yesterday, they are "blue tint".. basically 12k with a bulb that is dyed. What's your opinion on the color?

I like the color.. but does it shine farther than the White?.... can you tell a big difference?

I'm gonna have to adjust the angle of the light tomorrow. They are pointing toward the ground more than I would like them to. So as of now I don't know there potential as far as distance goes.

I've always contemplated getting HID's so when I chose to get some I figured, hell if I'ma get them I might as well make them stand out!

Yeah I'm pushin it in my area. The city cops here are so pathetic. They pulled me over to make sure the eyebrow on my truck wasn't past the legal line.. Funny thing was, I don't have an eyebrow on my truck..

I think they're a little too blue for my taste, they just aren't bright enough for me BUT it's not my truck, and it's obviously what you wanted.

They're definitely blue lol. I wanted to stand out, I've never seen Hids as blue as mine around my area, next i'm going to get fog lights and put the same Hid's in them.

I went with 6K HIDs and have light blue tint. not as blue as yours but still blue

Don't like the color. Too blue. I have heard the tinted bulbs run a bit hotter and don't put off as much light either. Still - They've got to be an improvement over the stockers!!!
